Meteorological station Sylt

The station is situated at the north-east side of the Wadden Sea Station - List 10m above NN thus only 1.7m above ridging. It is a simple weather station. Windstrength from other directions than NE should be considered carefully.
It was delivering data from 1999 to 2005 serviced by JeBo.

Forerunning was a more sophisticated system of 4 piles(sylt1-4), several buoys and underwater adcp-devices over a two years project campaign within the Sylt/Rømø basin in the years 1996/1997.
